Getting help

Email support@renevell.com. To help us respond quickly, please include the product and version, your Atlassian site address if the question concerns EA Sphere for Jira, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and any screenshots. We aim to respond within one to two business days.

Security

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please write to support@renevell.com. Security reports are handled ahead of all other work.

Documentation and releases

The documentation covers EA Sphere for Jira, and every version is described in the release notes. Documentation for the standalone products is provided to each customer.
