EA Sphere for Jira 1.0.0

• Records for systems, servers, interfaces and facilities, with dependencies, data flow, recovery tiers and lifecycle dates.
• The map, centred on any record, showing upstream dependencies, downstream dependents and open work.
• The EA Sphere panel on every Jira issue, showing downstream impact, change collisions and freeze conflicts; completed issues that deliver or retire a record update it automatically.
• Degradations with stages, timestamped updates, root cause and mitigation, measured against recovery objectives; notices prepared from a template, restricted by sender group and recorded.
• Continuity documents generated from live data: contact and escalation sheet, recovery sequence, cyber incident sheet and full package.
• Dashboard; reports on degradations, systems, data gaps and the change log, with export.
• Administrator-only settings under Jira administration; server-side permission enforcement; read-only mode when the licence is inactive.

Known limitations. Notices are sent from the sender’s own email; owners and contacts are text fields; edit permissions are not set per record; changes driven by Jira events can take up to three minutes to appear.
