This policy explains what information Renevell LLC (“Renevell”, “we”) collects, how we use it, and the choices available to you. It covers this website and EA Sphere for Jira, which we publish on the Atlassian Marketplace.

This website

This website has no accounts and no advertising, and we do not use analytics or tracking cookies. When you use the contact form, the details you enter (your name, work email, organization, topic and message) are sent to our inbox and used only to reply to you; they are not stored on the website or added to any mailing list. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and operational purposes; we do not use them to identify visitors.

EA Sphere for Jira

EA Sphere runs inside your organization’s Atlassian site on Atlassian Forge. The records you create, such as systems, dependencies, degradations, notices and continuity information, are stored in Forge storage hosted by Atlassian. They are not transmitted to Renevell, and the app makes no calls to external services.

To operate, the app processes Atlassian account identifiers, for example to attribute changes in the change log and to evaluate group membership. EA Sphere takes part in Atlassian’s personal data reporting process: each week it reports the account identifiers it holds to Atlassian and acts on the accounts Atlassian identifies as closed or changed.

Owners and contacts are entered by your users as text. Your organization decides what is entered and is responsible for it. EA Sphere does not send email; notices are sent by your users from their own email.

Standalone products

Information processed by the standalone edition of EA Sphere and by Vendor Contracts is governed by the agreement with each customer, including any data processing terms agreed with that customer.

Email correspondence

When you write to us, we keep the correspondence in order to help you and to improve our products. We do not add correspondents to marketing lists.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as our email and website hosting providers, or where the law requires it.

Retention and your rights

Information held by EA Sphere remains in your Atlassian site until your users delete it or the app is uninstalled, subject to Atlassian’s retention practices for Forge apps. You may ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to support@renevell.com.

Children

Our website and products are intended for business use and are not directed at children under 16.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how a product handles information will also be stated in its release notes.
